With all the talk today of what everyone would sell their shares at it made me think about how Lori has been orchestrating the progress on Tesoro. The non disclosure agreements also discussed on the board suggests that there may be some results disseminated to prospective offerors. IMO the question will become whether drilling and trenching results come before or after an offer. It is also my opinion that should the results confirm the previous numbers there will be more than 1 offer. Hopefully the company is sold rather than only Tesoro (IMO ) this is because of the tax treatment of capital gains v dividends also there is no guarantee that a dividend would fully reflect any purchase price paid for Tesoro Interesting times are very much here
