It is fact, we own the Vilcoro 100%. Everybody should be getting a picture in their mind by now, to what is happening.

Management has been slack with news, for two reasons IMO.

1) Lori has been busy doing all these transactions

2) She is within regulations to with hold news if she has substantial reason (this happens quite often if there is considerable interest from possible suitors)
