Yes Kemo, that's what is puzzling me.

I just went through every 'Material Change Report' filed on Sedar, since that last MDA, and can find no refernce to a change in ownership on Vilcoro.

That's why in my original post I said, " I must have missed something "

If anyone can provide a link to when this change of ownership happened, I would be very appreciative.

Not that I'm concerned, Mr. & Mrs. Brophy are part of the family, aren't they ?
