I think that management will hire a firm to calculate the net worth of the B.C. properties and correspond that to an initial offering style share price. I'm too lazy to look it up but I think that Hi Ho Silver started with about 6 mil shares and 50 cent per. Besides, the market will decide very shortly what it wants the share price to be.
