We get 1 share of Havilla for every 20 of SLI. There is approx 120 million shares out on SLI. This would mean (i think) that Havilla would start up with 6 million shares issued at an approx price of maybe .60 per share so it will equal the value at Havillah being worth 1/6 of SLI present day market cap.
So this will leave Havilla being worth approx 36 million when it becomes tradable. We will have, IMO, properties transfered into Havilla with a value of maybe 2-4 times what the market cap initially would be. In this scenario, you could see your Havilla shares sky rocket in the first few weeks of trading, provided some work is done on these properties in the meantime. This could prove out to be a very nice present and will leave Lori correct in her statement of unlocking the TRUE value.
