I would suggest from looking into the past (and granted, the env permit was a big exception!), that around those times (like now) when we all start getting impatient for news, it seems to come out shortly thereafter.....maybe all the complaining actually helps! LOL

I'm sure we'll see something "soon" - I would give it 'til month end. Just my opinion.
