It looks to me that the drilling is going on SE from Tesoro not SW as you indicated.

Perhaps the drilling being done is at a Junefields or Minera Nausacocha properties that is seperated by Chance C,D & E? If the Chinese are drilling then working conditions may be poor. They have reputation for this.
