I have looked at TSX policy manual again. For a stock trading at our price range the max discount from the share price for the PP is 20 %. Therare numerous regulations but the price is set at the time the PP is announced. The closing date of the PP does not appear to have any relevance to the price of the PP. IMO the Anonymous trading has no bearing on the PP
