Message: Some thoughts

I have read the interesting news release and most of the comments following. We are all in a disadvantaged position because we don’t have privy to all the information that the company officers do, and have to form an incomplete opinion.

One of my concerns was that the massive anomaly may extend southwest and under claim Minera Yuva s.a.c. etc. I find that Lori didn’t extend our influence into that direction, but rather in line with the mineralized corridor. We don’t know if there were any surface samples in Chance E that were interesting, or if the topography was important to a mine developer. An open pit mine requires lateral access for machinery and equipment and I am not about to spend a lot of time studying the surface of the Tesoro plateau; I doubt this is important here.

There apparently has not been any mining by the “informales” in any of these claims, otherwise they probably would have been staked years ago; on the other hand any mineralization may be covered with volcanic overburden, and there is a reason why the Junefield group and Lori staked their claim in that isolated (from Tesoro) particular position as well.

In any event Lori would make a good football coach as she obviously has good assistance and she certainly is able to scout defensively as demonstrated by this release.

I doubt that I would buy IDG if Tesoro is half a big as I think it is. My next thought would be in protecting my position. This is a work in itself. I would not care to have a very large position in a country that may become very socialistic in the years to come. Leaders tend to become crazed with power – I recall Nixon, trained as a lawyer, trying to fire Cox- an act spurred by delusions of grandeur. When counties do this, terrible repercussions result.

Hog wonders if the gold upswing will last more than perhaps four years. With increasing problems with the Euro and probable collapse soon, I would like protection in gold for the next 8-10 years, as fiat currencies backed by gold have worked better than anything else, even with all the multiple problems along the way. I don’t see financial problems in Canada nearly as much as in the USA and I doubt if many Canadians realize the full extent of the US problems or have any banks, for example the Bank of America, that are so terribly in debt from the mortgage crisis and derivatives and may totter within the next year! Nevertheless Canada is a very large trading partner with the US and any major collapse will greatly affect Canada as well, thus gold is not for increasing wealth as much as preserving wealth – keeping your job, house, education of yourself and particularly the real future of the country, the children.
