I've sat back last few hours and thought about all the posts since the last NR, good bad & not so good. The 4 of us Hub Leaders have to monitor each & every post, and it's becoming a full time job (usually in a good way, but...) I thought then:

Who really do we think we are? Personally I'm in the Oil Patch, and I'm trying to Just Imagine if I had anyone leaning over my back, questioning & criticizing every move I make, well, I'm thinking I might just snap a little! Everyone has a job to do, and our Management Team also has a job to do. There are so many things going on in their business lives, political & legal issues, trying to keep shareholders happy, etc, that we can't even imagine (IMO). What makes some of you think you can second guess their moves, each & every one, and then criticize?

Bottom Line, I'm thinking we saw the first of a possible 6 NR of that style (IMO), and if some of you really are not liking what you see, and really have no trust in our Management's decisions, well personally if I were you, I'd be moving on looking for a company & Management Team that you can trust more than this one, cause, it would have to make your lives easier, would it not?

Personally, I totally trust what they are doing, or I would be long gone!
