I just went to CIBC and checked mine, I had ticked off the box that said 'No' to information from companies. I had the bank call and change it. Took about 15 min's. That being said, when I had shares in Spider Resources and they were being taken over by Cliff's, I still got the voter info booklets even though I had 'no' checked.
