Obviously it wasn't as simple as you think to "put it into Havilah", or they most likely would have. There are most liely legal issues that prevented them from doing so (Havillah = Canada, St Elias Mines = Peru). "The deal is detrimental"? Seriously? I must stop now so I stay on the new path...
