I absolutely agree with the original post. This is a horrible deal for most SLI shareholders. It is a sweetheart deal for IGD shareholders, many of which are SLI management. If I got to vote on this option deal I would vote NO! A spinoff like Havila is a far better way to go for the average SLI shareholder.
