SLI owns 13% of IGD ( Intigold)

If SLI management has not sold any of the IGD shares that we received as per option agreements with IGD, we should hold 2.4 million shares of IGD.

IGD has approx 18 million shares outstanding.

That leaves SLI shareholders owning 13% of IGD.

Maybe SLI can buyout IGD in the future?
