A while back we aquired Minera Santa Elisa, an established Peruvian mining company.

I am not sure on this, but I beleive the original Tesoro is held in our subsidiaries name. At least our Permit comes out in that name. But, besides that, it may be possible that another transaction will take place involving Santa Elisa in some way.

So, we have ;

1)Havilla, our spin-off company

2) Intigold

3) Santa Elisa

4) St Elias mines

Now, if I was Lori, and if I could, I would transfer the Tesoro into the subsidiary Santa Elisa, if its not there already, and it could be sold individually of SLI. If she needs the established Santa Elisa for doing business in Peru, then this wouldn,t be acceptable.
