So from what I understand IGD will be proveing land that is not part of Tesoro, but had a good chance of being sold with Tesoro when a buyout offer came foreward? So buy isolating this land that SLI was not planning on proveing anyway, optioning it to IGD, the land will at least be getting proved and we will profit from this. This sounds allot better than "not proving" the land and loosing its unknown value in a sale....

Correct me if im wrong, pretty overwhelming for a new investor, haha
