IMO, the only thing missing with this latest news is that current SLI shareholders should have received IGD shares, say 50 or 100 for every 10,000 SLI (only an example, not sure what the exact ratio would be).

In essense another spinout instead of optioned out. This would have brought some value to the SLI shareholder.
