Don,t forget, that property can be reverted back to us if IGD were to default on their option agreement.

IMO, she put this property to IGD to keep it in safe keeping and hold another ace in her back pocket if an offer comes.

I beleive there is an awful lot going on behind the scenes for her to be making all these tactical/defensive moves.
