At this point unless a deal is already done I do not think anyone,including Lori, can know how a deal for Tesoro or the whole company will play out. If Tesoro is sold separately the market will recognize the large cash infusion and the share price will go up accordingly the company could declare a special dividend or use the money for other projects. My point until offer(s) are made and for what no one knows how this will play out. Imo
