Allan St James is usually the director that sells at any time, any price. I saw him sell some in the spring around $2.20, and a few days later we hit $2.50 plus. You can,t go by that guy I guess.
Most of management has to live off some of their shares, I would guess. It doesn,t look good at this time when we are at more or less a low, to sell. But I imagine whoever it was must have needed to and may have had no choice.
I am not concerned, this company has been pretty good on their selling compared to some. I saw a director in SPQ sell about 2 weeks before an offer came for around .28 per share, he unluckily sold at .06. I stayed and got .28 for my shares, shaking my head why he sold, but he must have had a commitment to make.
