PP done to buy remaining interest in Vilcoro?

I was talking to WOXOF and he brought up an interesting scenario.

Could the PP have been done to buy out the 50% interest that Brophy has in the Vilcoro?

As you can see from this NR the initial payment by us for the 50% really wasn,t that much. Maybe Brophy would take a couple million or so for their share?
