Vimar, here is an archive of the Aurelian battle on our blog. We joined with retail investors to fight the Kinross takeover even though it was unanimously approved and recommended by the Board (which had issued themselves a lot of options).

Kinross had to renew their offer 4 times until they received the requisite number of votes ... this had never been heard of before for a "friendly" takeover.
