It would be the best explanation. It puts us up to 9-10 million in the treasury, plus another 9 million if all the outstanding warrants and options get exercised. That would be 15 million dollars at least, with a huge work program on the Tesoro, only costing about 4.5 million, so the extra money HAS to be for something that will happen soon on top of the Tesoro.
