The Company also announces that is has reacquired certain mineral claims in the Carmi area that had lapsed and has staked additional claims also in the Carmi area for a total cost of $37, 625. In addition, the Company has entered into an agreement to reacquire one mineral tenure in the Carmi area for total cost of $100,000, of which $5,000 is payable immediately and $95,000 is payable on or before August 19, 2011.
