I have been digging a bit and it appears to me that Hi Ho has been doing nothing with our Carmi Project. I tried to get a copy of the option agreement from our website to see what amount of work had to be done annually by them to retain there interest, but our website says "under construction" when I clicked on the Carmi Project.

This resource has a 43-101 done on it and I can,t see Lori fooling around with these guys if they are not fulfilling their obligation.
