First of all, not everyone holds strong!! If we were at $2 and an offer came in at $25 then the ask side would follow the buyout offer up to 25. Buyouts take a long time, so some will start to sell at or slightly lower than 25 just to get their money and run, and from there it may go slightly higher or lower depending on selling or buying pressure.
