So, I guess if they have a soft lock-up agreement , their agreement in a sense would become void if a better offer came along.
I can,t really see theirselves going into a hard lock-up, its taking away an important option, unless they are pretty sure there will be no other bidder and they only have to contend with the other shareholders tgo make this go through. And also, the pot could be sweetened by other means that would not meet the publics eye.
Always a lot of games played in these sort of transactions.
