Does anyone here know of any even semi-realtime English language source on Peruvian news? It seems like some quite good or bad news might be developing regarding how Humala will deal with "windfall" profits from mining companies. How could anyone think profits from a mining or exploration company could be considered a windfall profit. I think of a windfall as a rather unexpected or easily attained profit. Mining/exploration companies take so much risk, over usually long periods of time! NOT a windfall IMO.
