I agree with hog that in a take over they need 51% of the shares, not the votes, but I think for general voting , say for example we had a buy out offer and Lori said its not enough and we should vote it down, then I was under the impression that 1 share is 1 vote.If you have 10 shares you have 10 votes. If you have 1 million shares, you have 1 million votes. The number of accounts you have is irrelevant.
