With the funds we get from this sale, we could throw $200 million at our other properties and have those proven up enough by next year for sale. Management and us would never have to work again in our lives if management would practice this strategy.

Take this $200 million, get the full titan done on the new claims, the Vilcoro, Cueva Blanca and the Carmi Moly project. Then drill aggressively the 4 of them to prove up enough resource and FIND buyers.
