There are various ways of getting around things. For ex; I am a prospector, if I pick up a piece of float, not on my claims, and get it assayed, I don,t have to report that if its not from your property.

I could pick up a gold nugget weighing 5 kg on my property.Its pure gold, so why would I get it sampled? If I got it sampled, it would have to be reported on, then everyone would be privy to that info.I would save it and show it to a JV partner for an option agreement.

There are other ways too, all of them legal, just ways to get around things.
