A slightly different approach by a major

I,m kinda suprised to see a major buying in this way . They usually buy resources that are proven up to a certain degree, but this appears they are gonna do some exploring on their own. So, if the pressure and rush is on for majors to grab EXPLORATION properties this early in the game, it may indicate better things for us.

Remember, we have around 9 or so other valuable properties also.

Gonna be a real exciting summer, I think!
