Vimar; thanks for the question. I just got off the phone with Q Trade and if we were in margin account and I had given permission thru a broker, then they could use them, for a fee to me if I so desired. However, in a cash account they can not be used at all, even with pemission. I would have to move them back to a margin account for that to be possible.
