Here are 2 more Canadian trading venues mentioned in this link. They are Chi-X Canada and Omega ATS.

There is also CNQ - PureTrading, but I cannot find SLI on this one, so I suspect they do not take any SLI trades. Chi-X and Omega, I am also unsure if they handle any SLI trades.
