We may suggest there is a naked short position on us, on top of the recorded short position we get every 2 weeks. From most of the info that we have gone through and looking at the clues, there seems to be a possibilty that our sp is a victim of naked shorting. Mind you, there are other possible reasons for our sp decline and naked shorting might not even be our problem.

IMO, the ball is in the companies court right now on this subject. Nobody should know better than Lori if a naked short position is there. If it is there, and she is concerned, then maybe we should expect a statement from her describing her course of action. She undoubtedly knows she has a strong shareholder camp behind her, and if we are concerned over nothing, maybe that can be put to rest by her silence on the matter. Its really no use of us filing complaints UNTIL we hear it from Lori, that naked shorting is suspected with reasonable evidence on our stock. Then we rally in support of her and push forward with whatever has to be done to combat this situation if it is there.

To help nail down a situation like this in any stock, I can,t see why a stock cannot be halted, get a revised shareholders list and count the shares. Also, watch for any failure to delivers to come in shortly after, this would probably put a name to their broker (if they have any) or at least where the trade originated from. The stock would most likely have to be halted multiple times to flush out a naked short, but if thats the way to do it, then do it. I know I would have no problem with the stock being halted for a couple of weeks right now. We have work ongoing on the Tesoro and a few other news things that can pile up while we are halted. If this is all good news that comes out just before a halt is over, most likely there will be more buyers that were gathered up in that 2 weeks we were halted. If we were halted now to deal with this, it would prevent any further sp declines, this better for our morale. If we were halted for 3 weeks, all the better, just because the stock is halted, it doesn,t mean work is and we are that much closer to drill results.

I don,t know if their is a naked short position on us or not. My suggestion is to leave management handle it for now, if it persists, submit our info we have been saving (as hog mentioned) to the authorities with the consent of management. As someone else mentioned here, the more complaints the better. When/if it comes a time that we must act in this matter, it would be appreciated by all if every shareholder that we know of, either here or elsewhere submit a complaint.
