All the shorting/naked shorting info plus more has been sent to management. Everyone is getting more informed on this subject and ways to prevent or stop it are being evaluated. More eyes are opening and its being seen more clearly by most whats going on with our sp. IIROC will most likely be looking into this shortly. All the info they will need is there, its just a matter of going over it and putting everything together.

Even though naked shorting is the counterfeiting of shares, these counterfeit shares have to be sold at some point. Its at that point that they can be tracked. A full investigation could implicate the perpetrators and a lot of bad press to their name. On top of this, a class action law suit could be launched if there is enough evidence.
