To me it appears to be the norm for venture resource stocks to be manipulated. I have interest in 3 other exploration and mining stocks and all of them get this treatment. Some seem to trade heavy for weeks, yet the share price only moves within 1 -2 cents and when there is an up-tic, its pushed down quickly again. Icebergs are also just another barrier that are put up, to keep the price from rising, for whatever reason.

However, I'm not sure that an investigation by the security commission would be a welcome event, because no matter what the reason is, if it would become public, it would make investors nervous and the sp would likely drop like a rock.
