IMO, I think this should be addressed at the corporate level, if not, then the/a shareholder could request BCSC/ IIROC look into it by first filing a complaint. I may be wrong here, but I was under the impression the company must have thought we could hold the $2 range to be an AMEX listed company. If someone is deliberately trying to prevent us from getting that listing by stock price manipulation, then I consider these tactics quite serious. Yes, I am getting the feeling our investment is getting screwed with and the longer this goes on, the more it will hurt us.

I have seen instances where shareholders have acted on this sort of thing, and it happens more often than you might think. But in those cases, the sp didn,t have to be at a certain level, and the stock was being pushed down for a couple other reasons by the manipulator. One of those cases happened a few months before a take out offer was publisized, brokers kept pushing the stock down and aquiring shares that later the manipulator voted these shares in favour of what was a cheap buyout. There really was no proof, but it was very easy to see what happened. I don,t think thats the case with us because we are so strongly and tightly held that I dont think a manipulator could ever aquire enough shares to sway the vote at time of an offer.

There are at least 5 different brokerages that are playing in this manipulative game with our stock, and maybe a new one came yesterday or so to make that 6. It should not be hard for the regulators to see the irregularities in trading.

IMO
