Water permit. Interesting, can we drill without water? Will we be able to use muck only, carried in by truck? I don't know enough about it, but I'm pretty sure we can't drill dry.

Is a water permit only needed when using a lot of water out of a river or lake?

Sculp, do you have more info on this?
