lb7, I have asked about that some time ago and have checket into things regarding AMEX listing in different ways, but could not find any reference as to how long the share price needs to be above $2.00 to qualify.

Maybe some other mind can answer this, I would really also want to know, however as of today it will likely have to start all over again, if there is a length of time required.
