Am I interpreting your post wrong? It seems to be you are talking in past tense like this is the way things will go. There are several ways this may turn out, the one you described is only one, IMO. Here are some possible avenues I see;

1) A company makes an offer on SLI and all properties, the entire company is sold.

2)SLI transfers the Tesoro into Minera Santa Elisa and sells the whole thing.

3)SLI sells just the Tesoro property and retains all other properties.

4)SLI transfers all properties with the exception of the Tesoro to a spin out company and sells SLI holding only the Tesoro.

I prefer #4.

I have been watching everything like a hawk and IMO, the way things are playing out I would have to guess #4. There are more possibilities than 4, those were ones I thought might fit our situation better. You should also be keeping in mind what the tax implications would be on each of those scenario,s, which would be best for shareholders.

You talk like we don,t have a say in how things unfold. There are certain company decisions that can be made at the executive level, BUT, there are other decisions pertaining to this that require a vote. For every share out there is a corresponding vote. This is a public company, not private, and the structure of this entity is a little different. We DO have a say in certain things, Lori has to be responsible to her shareholders and work in their best interest.

I,m not happy with the sp, as is anyone. I am seeing it in a lot of venture stocks as of late. My decision is to stay put and bear it, Lori knows she has to deliver shortly, and she will, IMO. Or, like you said, she is going to lose the interest and thats no good to the entire company, her included. She has to get agressive here promptly on the Tesoro, and she knows that. There are no explanations to the delays and that leads me to beleive that other things are going on that are the reason for the delays. I expect those reasons to be in a good way.
