You are right WOXOF, about the number of potential shares and their price. However, we dont know what the agreement has in it as far as the timing and respective price at the time they will be given. Is it based on a specific pre-set price or the market price at the time they are given? I dont remember seeing these figures anywhere.

Just remember that I did not say the deal is not a good one, we just don't really know.
