There are several things to consider. There are more shareholders now and some of those new people are now also new on this board. Then there is the fact that Intigold management is to an important degree the same as in SLI. Therefore if deals/options are set up between these 2 (somewhat related) companies, it may appear not to be the same as if it were between Ansell or other companies and SLI. Do we know that this option deal represents good value for SLI? Is IGD getting a sweet deal. Is Lori feathering her own nest in IGD? How do we shareholders know what it does to SLI. (remenmber this is not me questioning Lori's or Murry's caracter, after all I trust them with a lot of shares myself). Shareholders have a right and duty to question everything.
Mind you, it did not so far make any difference to the sp of IGD, and SLI was just as usual in the last few weeks/months.
Its because we can't see any improvement to the sp and really have no idea of the actual value of the properties optioned, that these moves are questioned. It does not mean that this is a negative, if shareholders have questions, or if management makes decisions, but when people have their money in a business, they want to see why and how thing are done, and expect that what management is doing, they may explain to some degree what the intend and expected result should be of the action taken.
So, I think that this may answer why there are more questions about this option deal with IGD, IMO anyway.
