I too believe your theory, that has been my hunch for some time now. IMO, It makes so much sense for this to happen, it has just taken Lori a little bit getting things organized to roll out in proper sequence. That has caused some shareholders to become concerned, not realizing what is going on. Causing some to sell.

That said, I am still very surprised with the lack of buyers in the market since our EIS news release. Management is in NYC on Wed, we will see what this brings. NR that Bradley Bros. is making dust will get the action going.
