Hello there BlingBlingCaChing, welcome to Agoracom, and SLI. Nice handle by the way. I read your post earlier, and I was hoping someone would reply, while I took my boys quadding, because many know a whole bunch more than I do, but, it didn't happen, so here's my best attempt, to some of your questions:

What can we expect?:

Well, there is lots of info for you, and all investors, in our Link Library & Photos etc. But bottom Line, when a company offers a price, here's some numbers, lets take for example the Aurelian takeover by Kinross.

Kinross offered $1.2 Billion ($1200 Million), and they had approx 145 Million shares. So $1200 Million divided by 145 Million shares equalls approx $8.28 per share. That is what they got approx. So, how do you get the 1200 Million? That's the number of gold OZ in the ground multiplied by the price they are willing to pay per OZ in the ground.

So lets look at some examples for St Elias Mines. I know what we've calculated & speculated, etc, but I will agree, it's all speculation, till the drills prove everything. But, there is lots of DD to support what we do say!

But here's some numbers we can work with: (all numbers, I'll try to be very conservative)

Number of Shares:Presently we have approx 116Million, but lets use 130 Million, just incase we do another PP to do lots of extra drilling?? Should be conservative?

OZ of gold in the ground: This will be the unknown, and we'll use different numbers for examples.

Price they pay for Gold in the ground: Unknown, but lets say $200 per OZ in ground. As well, I'd say should be conservative?

Here's Some Examples:

5 Million OZ = $7.69 per share (5 Million OZ X $200 per OZ divided by 130 Million shares)

10 Million OZ = $15.38 per share

20 Million OZ = $30.77 per share

30 Million OZ = $46.14 per share

40 Million OZ = $61.54 per share

50 Million OZ = $76.92 per share

Now, that's enough! We all think there might be more, but it's pretty easy to figure out from here, if you do. The numbers, to me, are all conservative, but time will tell?

You asked about the timing, well who knows, but my best guess, is once the drill results start coming back, it will be fairly quick?

I sure hope this helps you & others, and we all understand what really we could have in our future! As we always say, hold on to your shares!
