You can see the timing was slower in the beginning with respect to sp growth. The sp appreciated .90 over 3 to 4 months (33%) from the time they announced the program start (not the permit date). Once the results came in was when the big jumps started to come to the sp. 6.73 (187%) in the next 5 months once they drilling results continued to show good results and analysts could start to put an evaulation forward.

This story line and chart looks very much like Ventanna's (VEN) as well. So it can happen and happen quickly once things start progressing to the drilling process.
