Curious about the Drilling process

At the Beer & Bull session, Murray said that once they have the permit it would take about 1 week for the equipment to be transported to Tesoro. Does anyone know if it is a lengthy process to get the equipment set up on site before they can start drilling?

I'm also curious as to how long it takes to drill 100 meters below the surface, or 200 meters etc etc?
