Strawberry Flats Gold Project, B.C.
The Company owns a 100% interest in the Strawberry Flats Gold Project in British Columbia. The
Company has granted Dorex Minerals Inc. ("Dorex") an option to acquire up to an 80% interest, subject
to a 1.5% NSR, in the Strawberry Flats Gold Project.
During the nine months ended February 28, 2011, Dorex completed a Phase I rock, silt and soil
geochemical sampling program on the Property. The program was designed to locate drill targets for a
Phase II diamond drilling program. Refer to news release dated September 28, 2010 for results and
further details.
