Looks like maybe another option agreement terminated by us. This taken from the MD&A just filed a few days ago;
3. Cueva Blanca
The Company owns a 100% interest in the Cueva Blanca Property, covering 1,200 hectares, located in the
Lambayeque Department in northern Peru. Pursuant to a letter agreement dated April 16, 2010, the
Company granted an option to Amarok Resources Inc. ("Amarok") to earn a 60% interest, subject to a
1.5% net smelter return royalty (“NSR”), in the Cueva Blanca Property. The Company and Amarok are
in the process of completing a formal option agreement. On April 26, 2011, the Company gave notice to
Amarok Resources Inc., that it is terminating the Letter Agreement dated April 16, 2010.
