Is permit on the government website?

sorry for being ignorant, but because this is the third EIS completed that this means the permit is automatically issued?? I thought the news release would say something like "Permit issued from Peruvian government for Tesoro project"

Did anyone check the website from the Peruvian department of minerals to see if the permit is on there?
